天天盈球:Department of International Business

The Department of International Business established the first undergraduate program in International Business in 2003 under the Chinese Ministry of Education. This program uniquely integrated international economics and international commercial law, leading to the authorization of Master's and Doctoral degrees in World Economics and Master's degrees in International Trade Studies. Consequently, the department was renamed the Institute of World Economics. In 2017, the International Business Department was formed based on the original Institute of World Economics. Currently, the department has 11 full-time faculty members, all of whom hold doctoral degrees. 75% percent of the faculty have overseas study and research experience.

The Department of International Business spans three primary disciplines: business administration, theoretical economics, and applied economics, making it a teaching and research institution known for its integration of management and economics, theory and application, and interdisciplinary characteristics. The department has a comprehensive discipline system and engages in extensive academic exchanges domestically and internationally, serving as a member of the National International Trade Discipline Collaboration Group, the China-Japan Economic Association, and on the boards of the Chinese Society of World Economy, Chinese International Trade Society, Chinese-American Economic Association, and Chinese European Society.

Upholding the Business School's philosophy of "one main and two auxiliary areas of focus," the faculty's research in international finance, international trade, international investment, country-specific economics, and international business management collectively forms the core of the International Business discipline. The faculty is particularly strong in the legal and economic analysis of country-specific economies and international business regulations.
